( Please arrive HALF an hour before we close)
This allows us to go through the paper work and for you to settle your cat(s) in.
Monday – Friday 9:00am
– 12:30pm (summer May- October)
9:30am – 11:30am (winter November- April)
4:00pm – 5:30pm (summer May- October)
Saturday
9:00am – 12:30pm (summer)
9:30am – 11:00am (winter November- April)

WE ONLY SHOW ROUND BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
9,30-11AM.
If you arrive after that you will not be shown round the
cattery
or rabbit hutches
Winter time collection is
before 11.00am
Summer time collection is before 12.00pm
( or another nights charge will be added)
PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY
OF BOARDING. BY CHEQUE OR CASH, WE DO NOT EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

Cancellations:
We regret that unless we recieve 2 weeks
written notice of your pets boarding cancellation we must charge for the full cost of his/her intended stay.
